本隐私政策适用于你在 iOS 设备上使用 SortShot（以下简称“本应用”）的行为。本应用不提供账号系统，不接入第三方统计/广告 SDK，不使用服务器上传或云端存储你的图片内容。

1. 我们处理的信息

为实现应用功能，本应用可能在设备本地处理以下信息：

你拍摄或主动选择导入的照片/图片；
你在编辑过程中输入或生成的内容（如文字标注、图形标记、水印等）；
与功能相关的系统权限状态（相机、照片、文件导出）。

2. 我们如何使用信息

我们仅将上述信息用于：

图片拍摄、导入、标注、水印处理；
导出图片、保存到相册、通过系统分享到“文件”App；
在本地渲染并生成你可见的编辑结果。

3. 数据存储与传输

本应用默认在设备本地处理数据；
本应用不搭建云端数据库，不主动上传你的图片到开发者服务器；
你导出的文件将保存到你主动选择的位置（相册或“文件”App 目录）。

4. 信息共享与披露

本应用不向第三方共享、出售你的图片或个人信息；
除法律法规要求或经你明确同意外，不会转让或公开披露相关信息。

5. 第三方服务

本应用本身不集成第三方统计、广告、推送或崩溃分析 SDK。
你通过 iOS 系统使用的服务（如 App Store）由 Apple 独立提供，可能适用 Apple 自身的隐私规则。

6. 你的权利与控制

你可以：

在 iOS 设置中授予或撤回相机、照片等权限；
删除已保存到相册或“文件”中的内容；
卸载本应用并停止使用。

7. 未成年人说明

未成年人应在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用。

8. 政策更新

若本政策发生更新，我们会在应用版本说明或应用内适当位置进行提示。

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of SortShot on iOS devices. SortShot does not provide user accounts, does not integrate third-party analytics/ads SDKs, and does not upload your image content to developer-managed cloud servers.

1. Information We Process

To provide core features, SortShot may process the following on your device:

Photos/images you capture or choose to import;
Content you create during editing (such as text annotations, shapes, and watermarks);
System permission states related to features (camera, photos, file export).

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

Capture/import images and apply annotations or watermarks;
Export edited images, save to Photos, or share to Files via iOS;
Render and generate final output locally on your device.

3. Storage and Transfer

Data processing is local by default;
SortShot does not maintain a cloud database and does not proactively upload your images to developer servers;
Exported files are saved only to locations you explicitly choose (Photos or Files folders).

We do not sell, share, or disclose your images or personal data to third parties;
We do not transfer or publicly disclose your data unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services

SortShot itself does not include third-party analytics, ads, push, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Services provided by iOS/Apple (such as the App Store) are governed by Apple’s own policies.

6. Your Controls

You can:

Grant or revoke permissions in iOS Settings;
Delete exported content from Photos or Files;
Stop using the app by uninstalling it.

7. Children’s Privacy

Minors should use this app with guidance and consent from a guardian.

8. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will provide notice in release notes or in an appropriate in-app location.
