欢迎使用 ShiftAlarm（以下简称“本应用”）。你下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。若你从 Apple App Store 获取本应用，Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议同时适用。

1. 服务内容

本应用在 iOS 设备上提供普通闹钟、排班规则、日历预览、节假日与交易日感知闹钟，以及将闹钟同步到系统 AlarmKit。具体功能以应用实际版本为准。本应用不是人力资源或考勤系统，计算结果仅供个人提醒使用。

2. 用户承诺

你同意遵守适用法律法规，不得利用本应用从事以下行为：

侵犯他人合法权益；
制作、存储或传播违法违规内容；
以逆向工程、破解、恶意干扰等方式破坏本应用正常运行；
其他违法或违背公序良俗的行为。

3. 权限说明

为实现相关功能，本应用可能请求系统闹钟（AlarmKit）和通知权限。你可自行决定是否授权；若拒绝授权，闹钟可能无法按时响起。

4. 会员与自动续期

本应用提供 Pro 月度订阅、年度订阅和一次性终身购买；
免费版可使用普通闹钟；保存排班规则、交易日闹钟、自定义铃声和自动维护等能力需要 Pro；
订阅费用在确认购买时通过你的 Apple ID 账户扣款；除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅会自动续期；
你可以在 Apple ID 的“订阅”设置中随时取消；取消后仍可使用至当前订阅期结束；
购买、续订、恢复购买和退款均由 Apple App Store 处理，开发者不接触你的支付卡信息；
会员权益可能随产品版本调整，调整前会通过应用更新说明或本页面提示。

5. 数据与提醒责任

你通过本应用创建的班表、闹钟和设置由你自行负责，并请自行备份重要数据；
工作日、节假日调休和交易日结果依赖公开日历数据及网络同步情况。日历未覆盖、尚未下载或无法确认的日期不会响铃；
设备关闭、低电量、系统限制、权限关闭或 AlarmKit 配额都可能导致闹钟未能响起。请以实际系统闹钟状态为准，重要事项请另行确认。

6. 知识产权

本应用的软件、界面、图标和相关标识等权利归开发者或权利人所有。你应确保对导入的自定义铃声拥有合法使用权。

7. 免责声明

在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。对于因设备限制、系统权限、iCloud 或公开日历服务、不可抗力等原因导致的功能异常、未能响铃或数据损失，开发者在法定范围内承担责任。

8. 协议更新与终止

我们可根据产品变化更新本协议，并通过应用更新说明或本页面提示。你可随时停止使用并卸载本应用；继续使用视为接受更新后的协议。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，应先协商解决；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

Welcome to ShiftAlarm (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this User Agreement. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Service Scope

The App provides regular alarms, schedule rules, calendar previews, holiday- and trading-day-aware alarms, and AlarmKit scheduling on iOS. Actual features are subject to the current app version. The App is not an HR or attendance system; results are for personal reminders only.

2. User Commitments

You agree to comply with applicable laws and not to use the App to:

infringe the lawful rights of others;
create, store, or distribute unlawful content;
reverse engineer, crack, or maliciously interfere with the App;
conduct any other unlawful or inappropriate activity.

3. Permissions

The App may request system alarm (AlarmKit) and notification permissions. You may grant or deny them; alarms may not ring on time if access is denied.

4. Membership and Auto-Renewal

The App offers Pro as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase;
The free version covers regular alarms; saving schedule rules, trading-day alarms, custom ringtones, and automatic maintenance require Pro;
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically;
You can cancel anytime in Apple ID subscription settings; access continues until the current period ends;
Purchases, renewals, restoration, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store. The developer does not handle payment-card information;
Membership benefits may change with product versions; notice will appear in release notes or on this page.

5. Data and Reminder Responsibility

You are responsible for the schedules, alarms, and settings you create, and should back up important data;
Workday, holiday-adjustment, and trading-day results depend on public calendar data and network sync. Days that are uncovered, not yet downloaded, or unverified never ring;
Power-off, low battery, system limits, revoked permissions, or AlarmKit quotas may prevent an alarm from ringing. Treat the system alarm state as authoritative and confirm important events separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights to the App software, UI, icons, and related identifiers belong to the developer or lawful rights holders. You must have lawful rights to any custom ringtone you import.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” The developer’s liability is limited within applicable legal scope for issues caused by device limits, system permissions, iCloud or public calendar services, force majeure, missed alarms, or data loss.

8. Updates and Termination

We may update this Agreement and provide notice in release notes or on this page. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through consultation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at the developer’s location.

6. 智慧財產權

本應用的軟體、介面和圖示等權利歸開發者或權利人所有。你應確保對匯入的自訂鈴聲擁有合法使用權。

7. 免責聲明

在法律允許範圍內，本應用按「現況」提供。因裝置限制、系統權限、iCloud 或公開日曆服務、不可抗力等導致的異常或資料損失，開發者在法定範圍內承擔責任。

8. 協議更新與終止

我們可更新本協議並在本頁面提示。你可隨時停止使用並解除安裝；繼續使用視為接受更新後的協議。

9. 適用法律

1. サービス内容

本アプリは iOS 上で通常アラーム、シフト規則、カレンダープレビュー、祝日・取引日対応アラーム、AlarmKit への同期を提供します。人事・勤怠システムではなく、結果は個人のリマインダー用途です。

2. ユーザーの約束

適用法令を守り、権利侵害、違法コンテンツ、リバースエンジニアリング、妨害行為などに本アプリを用いてはなりません。

3. 権限

システムのアラーム（AlarmKit）と通知の許可を求めることがあります。許可しない場合、定刻に鳴らないことがあります。

4. メンバーシップと自動更新

Pro は月額、年額、買い切りから選べます。無料版は通常アラーム、シフト規則の保存などは Pro が必要です。購読は Apple ID で課金され、期間終了の 24 時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。返金は Apple が処理します。

5. データとリマインダーの責任

作成したシフトとアラームは利用者の責任です。祝日や取引日の結果は公開カレンダーに依存し、未取得の日付は鳴りません。端末や権限の制限でも鳴らないことがあります。

6. 知的財産

本アプリのソフトウェア、UI、アイコン等の権利は開発者または権利者に帰属します。カスタム着信音の適法な利用権限は利用者の責任です。

7. 免責

法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。

8. 更新と終了

本規約は更新されることがあり、最新内容は本ページに掲載します。利用をやめてアンインストールできます。

9. 準拠法

中華人民共和国法に準拠します。紛争はまず協議し、解決しない場合は開発者所在地の管轄裁判所に提起します。

ShiftAlarm(이하 “본 앱”)에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용은 본 약관에 동의함을 의미합니다. Apple App Store에서 받은 경우 Apple 표준 EULA도 적용됩니다.

1. 서비스 내용

본 앱은 iOS에서 일반 알람, 근무 규칙, 캘린더 미리보기, 공휴일·거래일 알람, AlarmKit 동기화를 제공합니다. 인사·근태 시스템이 아니며 결과는 개인 알림용입니다.

2. 사용자 약속

관련 법령을 지키고, 권리 침해, 불법 콘텐츠, 리버스 엔지니어링, 방해 행위 등에 본 앱을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

3. 권한

시스템 알람(AlarmKit)과 알림 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않으면 정시에 울리지 않을 수 있습니다.

4. 멤버십과 자동 갱신

Pro는 월간, 연간 구독 또는 평생 이용입니다. 무료 버전은 일반 알람이며 근무 규칙 저장 등은 Pro가 필요합니다. 구독은 Apple ID로 결제되며 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. 환불은 Apple이 처리합니다.

5. 데이터와 알림 책임

작성한 근무표와 알람은 사용자 책임입니다. 근무일·공휴일·거래일 결과는 공개 달력에 의존하며, 내려받지 못한 날짜에는 울리지 않습니다. 기기나 권한 제한으로 울리지 않을 수도 있습니다.

6. 지적 재산권

본 앱의 소프트웨어, UI, 아이콘 등의 권리는 개발자 또는 권리자에게 있습니다. 가져온 사용자 지정 벨소리의 적법한 사용 권한은 사용자 책임입니다.

7. 면책

법률이 허용하는 범위에서 본 앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다.

8. 업데이트와 종료

본 약관은 업데이트될 수 있으며 최신 내용은 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 언제든지 사용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

9. 준거법

중화인민공화국 법률을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 협의하고, 해결되지 않으면 개발자 소재지 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
