本隐私政策适用于你在 iOS 设备上使用 ShiftAlarm（以下简称“本应用”）的行为。本应用不提供账号系统，不接入第三方广告、分析或崩溃统计 SDK。

1. 我们处理的信息

为实现闹钟与排班功能，本应用会在设备上处理你主动创建或选择的内容，包括：

班表计划、班次、排班规则、单日覆盖和跳过设置；
普通闹钟的标题、时间、重复方式、铃声和启用状态；
节假日地区、语言等偏好设置；
你导入的自定义铃声文件。

本应用不要求注册或登录，也不会收集你的姓名、邮箱或支付卡号。

2. 我们如何使用信息

上述信息仅用于：

计算哪些日期应响起或跳过闹钟，并展示日历预览；
通过系统 AlarmKit 调度闹钟；
在小组件中显示近期班表与闹钟；
验证和恢复 Pro 购买状态。

3. 本地存储与 iCloud 同步

班表、闹钟和设置默认保存在你的设备上；
本应用使用 Apple CloudKit，将班表与闹钟同步到同一 Apple ID 的私人 iCloud 数据库，以便在你的设备间恢复；
开发者无法在自己的服务器上查看这些内容，也不运营独立的用户数据库。

4. 节假日与交易日历网络请求

为判断工作日、公共假期、中国调休和 A 股交易日，本应用会向公开数据源请求日历数据，例如：

中国节假日与调休日历（公开 GitHub / jsDelivr 数据）；
其他国家公共假期（Nager.Date）；
深交所月度交易日历。

这些请求可能包含你选择的国家或月份，以及常规网络信息（如 IP 地址）。请求内容不含你的班表、闹钟标题或 Apple ID。日历数据会缓存在设备及 App Group 中，供小组件和闹钟计算使用。未知或尚未同步的日期不会响铃。

5. 系统权限

本应用可能请求：

系统闹钟（AlarmKit）权限，用于按时响起；
通知权限，用于闹钟提醒。

你可以在 iOS 设置中授予或撤回这些权限。拒绝授权时，相关功能可能不可用。

6. 购买

Pro 的月度订阅、年度订阅和一次性终身购买由 Apple App Store 处理。本应用通过 StoreKit 验证和恢复购买；开发者不会接触你的支付卡信息。退款由 Apple 按 App Store 规则处理。

7. 信息共享与第三方

本应用不向第三方出售你的班表、闹钟或其他个人信息；
除法律法规要求或经你明确同意外，不会向第三方共享相关信息；
Apple 的 iCloud、AlarmKit、通知和 App Store 服务受 Apple 自身隐私政策约束；
公开节假日与交易日历服务受其各自运营方的政策约束。本应用不接入广告或追踪 SDK。

8. 你的控制权

你可以：

在应用内修改或删除班表与闹钟；
在 iOS 设置中管理闹钟、通知和 iCloud 权限；
卸载本应用以移除设备上的本地应用数据（iCloud 中已同步的数据可能仍保留在你的 Apple ID 下，可在系统 iCloud 设置中管理）。

9. 未成年人

本应用不面向儿童设计，也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。未成年人应在监护人同意与指导下使用。

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of ShiftAlarm on iOS. The App does not provide user accounts and does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.

1. Information We Process

To provide alarms and schedules, the App processes content you create or choose on your device, including:

schedule plans, shifts, rules, one-day overrides, and skip settings;
regular-alarm titles, times, repeat modes, ringtones, and on/off state;
holiday-region and language preferences;
custom ringtone files you import.

The App does not require registration or sign-in, and does not collect your name, email address, or payment-card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

decide which dates should ring or stay silent, and show calendar previews;
schedule alarms through system AlarmKit;
display upcoming shifts and alarms in the widget;
verify and restore Pro purchase status.

3. On-Device Storage and iCloud Sync

Plans, alarms, and settings are stored on your device by default;
The App uses Apple CloudKit to sync plans and alarms to the private iCloud database for your Apple ID, so they can restore across your devices;
The developer cannot view this content on a developer-managed server and does not operate a separate user database.

4. Holiday and Trading-Calendar Network Requests

To decide workdays, public holidays, China makeup workdays, and China A-share trading days, the App requests calendar data from public sources, such as:

China holiday and makeup-workday calendars (public GitHub / jsDelivr data);
public holidays for other countries (Nager.Date);
the SZSE monthly trading calendar.

These requests may include the country or month you selected, plus ordinary network information such as IP address. They do not include your roster, alarm titles, or Apple ID. Calendar data is cached on the device and in the App Group for the widget and alarm calculations. Unknown or not-yet-synced days never ring.

5. System Permissions

The App may request:

system alarm (AlarmKit) permission, so alarms can ring on time;
notification permission for alarm alerts.

You can grant or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Related features may be unavailable if access is denied.

6. Purchases

Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase are handled by the Apple App Store. The App uses StoreKit to verify and restore purchases; the developer does not handle your payment-card information. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

We do not sell your schedules, alarms, or other personal information;
We do not share this information except as required by law or with your explicit consent;
Apple’s iCloud, AlarmKit, notifications, and App Store services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies;
Public holiday and trading-calendar services are governed by their operators. The App does not include advertising or tracking SDKs.

8. Your Controls

You can:

edit or delete plans and alarms in the App;
manage alarm, notification, and iCloud access in iOS Settings;
uninstall the App to remove local app data (synced iCloud data may remain under your Apple ID and can be managed in system iCloud settings).

9. Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Minors should use the App with a guardian’s guidance.

本ポリシーは、iOS 上での ShiftAlarm（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリにアカウント機能はなく、第三者の広告・分析・クラッシュ解析 SDK も使用しません。

1. 処理する情報

アラームとシフト機能のため、端末上であなたが作成または選択した次の情報を処理します。

シフト計画、勤務区分、規則、1日単位の上書きとスキップ；
通常アラームのタイトル、時刻、繰り返し、着信音、オン／オフ；
祝日地域や言語などの設定；
読み込んだカスタム着信音。

登録やログインは不要で、氏名、メールアドレス、支払いカード番号は収集しません。

2. 利用目的

上記の情報は、鳴る日／鳴らない日の計算、カレンダー表示、AlarmKit によるスケジュール、ウィジェット表示、Pro 購入状態の確認と復元にのみ使用します。

3. 端末内保存と iCloud 同期

シフトとアラームは端末に保存され、Apple CloudKit により同一 Apple ID のプライベート iCloud へ同期されます。開発者のサーバーで内容を閲覧することはありません。

4. 祝日・取引カレンダーの通信

平日、祝日、中国の振替出勤、A株取引日を判定するため、公開データ（GitHub / jsDelivr、Nager.Date、深セン証券取引所など）へカレンダーを取得します。リクエストには選択した国や月、IP アドレスなどの通常の通信情報が含まれることがあります。シフト内容やアラーム名、Apple ID は含まれません。

5. 権限

システムのアラーム（AlarmKit）と通知の許可を求めることがあります。iOS の設定で変更できます。

6. 購入

Pro の月額・年額サブスクリプションおよび買い切りは Apple App Store が処理します。アプリは StoreKit で確認・復元し、開発者がカード情報を扱うことはありません。

7. 第三者と共有

シフトや個人情報を第三者に販売せず、広告・トラッキング SDK も使いません。Apple の iCloud、AlarmKit、通知、App Store には Apple のポリシーが適用されます。

8. ユーザーによる管理

アプリ内でシフトやアラームを編集・削除し、iOS 設定で権限を管理し、アプリを削除して端末内データを取り除けます。

9. 児童について

本アプリは児童向けではなく、児童の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

10. 更新とお問い合わせ

1. 처리하는 정보

알람과 근무표 기능을 위해 기기에서 사용자가 만들거나 선택한 다음 정보를 처리합니다.

근무 계획, 근무 유형, 규칙, 하루 단위 덮어쓰기 및 건너뛰기;
일반 알람의 제목, 시간, 반복, 벨소리, 사용 여부;
공휴일 지역 및 언어 설정;
가져온 사용자 지정 벨소리.

가입이나 로그인은 필요하지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 결제 카드 번호는 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

위 정보는 울릴 날/건너뛸 날 계산, 캘린더 표시, AlarmKit 일정, 위젯 표시, Pro 구입 상태 확인 및 복원에만 사용합니다.

3. 기기 저장 및 iCloud 동기화

근무표와 알람은 기기에 저장되며 Apple CloudKit을 통해 동일한 Apple ID의 개인 iCloud로 동기화됩니다. 개발자 서버에서 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.

4. 공휴일·거래 달력 네트워크 요청

근무일, 공휴일, 중국 대체 근무일, A주 거래일을 판단하기 위해 공개 데이터(GitHub / jsDelivr, Nager.Date, 선전증권거래소 등)에서 달력을 가져옵니다. 요청에는 선택한 국가나 월, IP 주소 같은 일반 네트워크 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 근무표, 알람 제목, Apple ID는 포함되지 않습니다.

5. 권한

시스템 알람(AlarmKit)과 알림 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. iOS 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. 구매

Pro 월간·연간 구독과 평생 이용은 Apple App Store에서 처리합니다. 앱은 StoreKit으로 확인하고 복원하며, 개발자는 결제 카드 정보를 다루지 않습니다.

7. 제3자 및 공유

근무표나 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않으며 광고·추적 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. Apple의 iCloud, AlarmKit, 알림, App Store 서비스에는 Apple 정책이 적용됩니다.

8. 사용자의 관리 권한

앱에서 근무표와 알람을 수정·삭제하고, iOS 설정에서 권한을 관리하며, 앱을 삭제해 기기의 앱 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다.

9. 아동

본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
