欢迎使用 FolderShot（以下简称“本应用”）。你下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。

1. 服务内容

本应用提供在 iOS 设备上的拍照、指定相簿保存、水印添加与图片管理辅助功能。具体功能以应用实际版本为准。

2. 用户承诺

你同意遵守适用法律法规，不得利用本应用从事以下行为：

侵犯他人合法权益（如隐私权、肖像权、著作权等）；
制作、存储或传播违法违规内容；
以逆向工程、破解、恶意干扰等方式破坏本应用正常运行；
其他违法或违背公序良俗的行为。

3. 权限说明

为实现相关功能，本应用可能请求相机、照片等系统权限。你可自行决定是否授权；若拒绝授权，相关功能可能不可用。

4. 知识产权

本应用的软件、界面和相关标识等权利归开发者或权利人所有；
你应确保对通过本应用拍摄、处理和保存的图片拥有合法使用权或已获得授权。

5. 用户内容与责任

你通过本应用处理、保存和分享的内容由你自行负责。请根据需要自行备份重要数据。

6. 免责声明

在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。对于因设备限制、系统权限设置、不可抗力或第三方系统服务导致的功能异常或数据损失，开发者在法定范围内承担责任。

7. 协议更新与终止

我们可根据产品变化更新本协议，并通过版本说明或应用内页面提示；
你可随时停止使用并卸载本应用；继续使用视为接受更新后的协议。

8. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，应先协商解决；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

Welcome to FolderShot (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this User Agreement.

1. Service Scope

The App provides photo capture, target-album saving, watermarking, and related image management features on iOS devices. Actual features are subject to the current app version.

2. User Commitments

You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and not to use the App to:

Infringe the lawful rights of others (such as privacy, portrait, or copyright);
Create, store, or distribute unlawful content;
Reverse engineer, crack, or maliciously interfere with the App;
Conduct any other unlawful or inappropriate activity.

3. Permissions

The App may request system permissions (such as Camera and Photos) for relevant features. You may grant or deny these permissions, but related functions may not work if access is denied.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights to the App software, UI, and related identifiers belong to the developer or lawful rights holders;
You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights or authorization for images captured, processed, or saved through the App.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you process, save, and share through the App. Please back up important data when needed.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” The developer’s liability is limited within applicable legal scope for issues caused by device limitations, system settings, force majeure, or third-party system services.

7. Updates and Termination

We may update this Agreement and provide notice in release notes or appropriate in-app locations;
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the developer’s location.
