本隐私政策适用于你在 iOS 设备上使用 FolderShot（以下简称“本应用”）的行为。本应用不提供账号系统，不接入第三方广告 SDK。若后续接入第三方服务，我们会在版本说明或应用内页面更新说明。

1. 我们处理的信息

为实现应用功能，本应用可能在设备本地处理以下信息：

你拍摄或主动选择保存的照片/图片；
你在水印中输入或生成的内容（如时间、备注、标签）；
与功能相关的系统权限状态（相机、照片）。

2. 我们如何使用信息

我们仅将上述信息用于：

拍照并保存到你指定的相簿；
在图片上生成和展示你设置的水印；
在本地完成图片管理相关功能。

3. 数据存储与传输

本应用默认在设备本地处理数据；
在当前版本下，本应用不主动将你的照片上传至开发者服务器；
图片存储位置由你选择和系统相册权限共同决定。

4. 信息共享与披露

本应用不向第三方出售你的图片或个人信息；
除法律法规要求或经你明确同意外，不会向第三方共享或公开披露相关信息。

5. 第三方服务

本应用可能依赖 iOS 系统能力（如照片库）完成功能。
通过 iOS/Apple 提供的服务（如 App Store）产生的数据处理行为，适用 Apple 自身的隐私规则。

6. 你的权利与控制

你可以：

在 iOS 设置中授予或撤回相机、照片等权限；
删除已保存到相册中的图片；
卸载本应用并停止使用。

7. 未成年人说明

未成年人应在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用。

8. 政策更新

若本政策发生更新，我们会在应用版本说明或应用内适当位置进行提示。

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of FolderShot on iOS devices. The App does not provide user accounts and does not integrate third-party ad SDKs. If third-party services are added in future versions, we will update this policy accordingly.

1. Information We Process

To provide core features, FolderShot may process the following on your device:

Photos/images you capture or choose to save;
Watermark content you enter or generate (such as timestamps, notes, and tags);
System permission states related to features (camera and photos).

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

Capture photos and save them to your selected album;
Render and apply watermarks based on your settings;
Complete image management functions locally on your device.

3. Storage and Transfer

Data processing is local by default;
In the current version, FolderShot does not proactively upload your photos to developer-managed servers;
Image storage depends on your choices and iOS Photos permissions.

We do not sell your photos or personal data to third parties;
We do not share or publicly disclose your data unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on iOS system capabilities (such as Photos) to deliver features.
Data processing by services provided by iOS/Apple (such as the App Store) is governed by Apple’s own policies.

6. Your Controls

You can:

Grant or revoke permissions in iOS Settings;
Delete photos saved in your Photos library;
Stop using the app by uninstalling it.

7. Children’s Privacy

Minors should use this app with guidance and consent from a guardian.

8. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will provide notice in release notes or an appropriate in-app location.
