欢迎使用 BlurShield（以下简称“本应用”）。你下载、安装、访问或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。

1. 服务内容

BlurShield 是一款运行于 macOS 的隐私保护工具。当前版本主要提供以下能力：

对选定应用窗口进行遮罩保护；
一键启用整屏黑幕；
维护受保护应用列表；
提供快捷键与可选的开机启动能力；
通过一次性购买解锁 BlurShield Pro 的附加功能。

具体功能以你实际使用的版本为准。

2. 用户承诺

你同意遵守适用法律法规，不得利用本应用从事以下行为：

侵犯他人合法权益；
从事违法、违规或违背公序良俗的活动；
以逆向工程、破解、恶意篡改等方式破坏本应用正常运行；
未经授权复制、传播、出售本应用或其许可权益。

3. 权限说明

为实现相关功能，本应用可能请求以下系统权限：

屏幕录制权限：用于识别窗口位置并对目标窗口进行本地遮罩；
登录项相关权限：用于开机启动（如你主动开启该功能）。

若你拒绝授权，部分功能可能无法正常使用。

4. 购买与解锁

本应用当前包含免费能力与 BlurShield Pro 解锁能力；
当前代码版本中的 Pro 解锁项包括：无限应用保护、开机启动、自定义快捷键；
若你通过 Apple 提供的购买或恢复购买流程解锁功能，相关交易规则以 Apple 的规则为准；
已购权益的具体展示与恢复结果，以应用内实际状态为准。

5. 知识产权

本应用的软件、界面、图标、文案及相关内容的知识产权，归开发者或合法权利人所有。未经书面许可，你不得擅自复制、修改、分发或用于商业再授权。

6. 用户内容与责任

你自行决定保护哪些应用，也应自行负责你的演示、录屏和共享环境配置。BlurShield 的作用是帮助降低误暴露风险，但你仍应在正式共享前进行必要检查。

7. 免责声明

在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。对于因以下原因导致的功能异常、保护失效或其他损失，开发者在法定范围内承担责任：

macOS 系统限制或权限未授予；
第三方应用行为变化；
用户误操作、错误配置或未及时更新；
不可抗力或第三方服务故障。

8. 协议更新与终止

我们可根据产品变化对本协议进行更新，并通过产品页面、版本说明或其他适当方式提示；
你可随时停止使用并卸载本应用；
若你继续使用更新后的版本或服务，视为接受更新后的协议。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应优先协商解决；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

Welcome to BlurShield (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this User Agreement.

1. Service Scope

BlurShield is a privacy utility for macOS. In the current version, it mainly provides the following capabilities:

shielding selected app windows;
triggering a full-screen curtain;
maintaining a protected-app list;
providing shortcut support and optional launch-at-login behavior; and
unlocking additional BlurShield Pro features through a one-time purchase flow.

Actual features are subject to the version you use.

2. User Commitments

You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and not to use the App to:

infringe the lawful rights of others;
engage in unlawful, improper, or abusive activities;
reverse engineer, crack, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the App; or
copy, distribute, sell, or re-license the App or its entitlements without authorization.

3. Permissions

To provide relevant features, the App may request the following system permissions:

Screen Recording permission, so the App can inspect window geometry and render local shields;
login-item related permission, if you actively enable launch at login.

If you deny required permissions, some features may not work properly.

4. Purchases and Unlocks

The App currently includes free features and BlurShield Pro unlocks;
In the current codebase, Pro unlocks include unlimited app protection, launch at login, and custom shortcuts;
If you unlock or restore purchases through Apple-provided flows, the relevant transaction rules are governed by Apple;
Purchased rights and restore status are subject to the actual in-app state.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, iconography, copy, and related materials of the App are owned by the developer or lawful rights holders. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially re-license them.

6. User Responsibility

You decide which apps to protect, and you remain responsible for your own presentation, recording, and screen-sharing setup. BlurShield helps reduce accidental exposure risk, but you should still verify your environment before sharing live.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” The developer’s liability remains limited within applicable legal scope for issues caused by:

macOS limitations or missing permissions;
behavior changes in third-party apps;
user misconfiguration, misuse, or failure to update; or
force majeure or third-party service failures.

8. Updates and Termination

We may update this Agreement based on product changes and provide notice through product pages, release notes, or another appropriate method;
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time;
Continued use of updated versions or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the developer’s location.
