本隐私政策适用于你在 macOS 设备上使用 BlurShield（以下简称“本应用”）的行为。BlurShield 的目标是帮助你减少屏幕共享时的隐私暴露风险，因此我们遵循“本地优先、最少收集”的原则。

1. 我们处理的信息

为实现核心功能，本应用可能在你的设备本地处理以下信息：

你选择加入保护列表的应用信息（如应用名称、bundle identifier、应用路径）；
你的功能偏好设置（如快捷键、是否开启开机启动、已选择的保护目标）；
与功能相关的系统权限状态（如屏幕录制权限状态）；
Apple 提供的购买/恢复购买结果（如你使用 App Store 内购解锁 Pro 功能）。

2. 我们不会收集的内容

在当前版本下，本应用不会主动收集或上传以下内容：

你的屏幕截图或录屏内容；
你的聊天内容、邮件内容、文档内容；
你受保护窗口中的文字、图片或表单数据；
你的账号密码、键盘输入记录。

3. 我们如何使用这些信息

上述信息仅用于：

记住你的保护目标与偏好设置；
识别目标应用窗口位置，并在本地显示遮罩；
提供整屏黑幕、快捷键和开机启动等功能；
确认 BlurShield Pro 的解锁状态。

4. 数据存储与传输

BlurShield 的核心处理默认在设备本地完成；
你的保护列表和偏好设置主要保存在本地系统环境中；
当前版本不会主动将你的屏幕内容或受保护窗口内容上传至开发者服务器；
若你通过 Apple 的 App Store/StoreKit 完成购买或恢复购买，相关支付与交易数据由 Apple 按其规则处理。

5. 屏幕录制权限说明

BlurShield 需要 macOS 的“屏幕录制”权限，目的是：

检查屏幕上的窗口几何位置；
让遮罩正确覆盖到目标窗口；
在整屏黑幕模式下稳定工作。

该权限并不意味着开发者会接收你的屏幕画面。当前版本的相关处理逻辑在本地完成。

6. 信息共享与披露

除以下情形外，我们不会向第三方出售、共享或公开披露你的个人信息或应用数据：

获得你的明确同意；
法律法规要求；
为完成 Apple 官方购买与恢复购买流程而由 Apple 处理的必要信息。

7. 你的控制权

你可以：

在 macOS 系统设置中授予或撤回屏幕录制权限；
删除已加入的保护应用；
关闭开机启动；
卸载本应用并停止使用。

8. 未成年人说明

未成年人应在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用。

9. 政策更新

若本隐私政策发生更新，我们会在应用版本说明、产品页面或其他适当位置进行说明。更新后的政策自公布之日起生效。

BlurShield Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of BlurShield on macOS devices. Because BlurShield is designed to reduce privacy exposure during screen sharing, we follow a local-first and minimal-collection approach.

1. Information We Process

To provide core features, BlurShield may process the following on your device:

App information you add to the protection list (such as app name, bundle identifier, or app path);
Your feature preferences (such as shortcut settings, launch-at-login preference, and selected protection targets);
System permission states related to features (such as Screen Recording permission status);
Apple-provided purchase / restore-purchase results if you unlock Pro through App Store in-app purchase.

2. What We Do Not Collect

In the current version, BlurShield does not proactively collect or upload:

Your screen captures or recording content;
The contents of your chats, emails, or documents;
Text, images, or form data shown inside protected windows;
Your passwords or keystroke input.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

Remember your selected protection targets and preferences;
Detect target window geometry and render local shields;
Provide full-screen curtain, shortcut, and launch-at-login features;
Confirm BlurShield Pro unlock status.

4. Storage and Transfer

Core BlurShield processing is local by default;
Your protection list and preference settings are primarily stored in your local system environment;
In the current version, BlurShield does not proactively upload your screen content or protected-window content to developer-managed servers;
If you purchase or restore through Apple App Store / StoreKit, the related transaction data is handled by Apple under Apple’s own rules.

5. Screen Recording Permission

BlurShield needs macOS Screen Recording permission in order to:

inspect on-screen window geometry;
keep shields aligned with target windows; and
support stable full-screen curtain behavior.

This permission does not mean the developer receives your screen content. In the current version, related processing is performed locally on your device.

We do not sell, share, or publicly disclose your personal information or app data except when:

you explicitly consent;
disclosure is required by applicable law; or
Apple processes necessary information for official purchase and restore flows.

7. Your Controls

You can:

grant or revoke Screen Recording permission in macOS Settings;
remove apps from the protection list;
disable launch at login; and
stop using the app by uninstalling it.

8. Children’s Privacy

Minors should use this app with the consent and guidance of a guardian.

9. Policy Updates

If this Privacy Policy changes, we may update the app release notes, product page, or another appropriate notice. The updated policy takes effect when published.
